On December 5th, we’re back with another round of Chef Dolente’s Craft Draught Showdown. Garrison Brewing Co. and Schoolhouse Brewery go head to head. Enjoy 5 courses prepared by Chef Michael Dolente, each one paired with two 4 oz. brews selected by each brewery’s brewmasters. Chef and breweries will be there to speak about their pairings and after each course you’ll vote for your favourite pairing.

The wonderfully talented Almasy (Michael Dalton) will provide the soundtrack to your evening. Tickets are $60 (tip included) + HST.  Limited seating.
