Camsa Captains & Cooks!

Chef Dolente and The Carleton are participating in Camsa’s Captains & Cooks event on September 12! This is a fun initiative that happens every year and pairs chefs from some of Halifax’s best restaurants with vessels of various shapes and sizes to deliver a dinner where all proceeds go towards a charity.

Guests relax and enjoy a truly one-of-a-kind networking experience, where 100 per cent of the net proceeds raised will support initiatives of the QEII Foundation and Junior Achievement Nova Scotia.”
