The Carleton is super-pumped to welcome back Juno Award-winner Old Man Luedecke for a show on Friday, August 11th. Show time is 7 PM and tickets are $20 advanced or $25 at the door.

Chester-based Old Man Luedecke has just released a fabulous-as-usual, new album, Domestic Eccentric, produced by Tim O’Brien (their third collaboration) and as the title suggests, it’s mostly a record about home. It’s about what it means to be a still-youngish man; what’s it’s like to still be in love with the woman you started writing songs about and moved to the country with more than a decade ago; what it’s like to watch your babies grow into children and the j0ys and sorrows attendant upon the milestones of parenthood.
