If there’s a rock-star-in-waiting in this town, it’s definitely Adam Baldwin. Known for years as Matt Mays‘ right-hand man, the release of his debut EP gave notice that he’s as good a songwriter as you’re ever going to find. When not touring with Mays, or playing Saturday nights with The Carleton house band, The Carletones, he’s working on his first full-length recording. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see Adam and his crackerjack band doing nothing but Adam’s songs.

PEI’s enigmatic genius Nathan Wiley has consistently released some of the best music to ever come out of Canada’s East Coast, even if he never really got around to touring any of it. After the one-two-three punch of Bottom Dollar, High Low and The City Destroyed Me, Nathan has been laying low in his Summerside home but surfaced recently to release a new EP – Bandits – last month. This HUFF appearance will constitute him “touring” that new work. Oh, and that new work is vintage Nathan. Check out this new tune!

DylanMenzie

What most need a band to achieve, Dylan Menzie’s got you covered with his compelling, sprawling vocal range, a striking mix of familiar yet sophisticated musical lines and adept guitar skills. Hailing from Belle River, PEI, Dylan Menzie has been compared to Joel Plaskett, U2 and Fleet Foxes.

Menzie was highly praised by Ron Sexmith, when he opened for him at the PEI Jazz n’ Blues Festival in 2014. Menzie’s debut album, Heather Avenue (2013), earned multiple Music PEI award nominations and numerous showcase opportunities, including East Coast Music Week, where CBC pegged Menzie as one of five artists to watch as the “next big voice in Canadian music.”

He is currently recording his follow up album with Juno nominated and ECMA award-winning producer Daniel Ledwell.
