Tom Rich is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist & songwriter from Lower Sackville. Usually a session player on bass guitar, he is now focusing on his career as an artist and songwriter. With a strong, wide-ranging singing voice, and a mix of cover songs & original works, Tom performs solo with his acoustic guitar, and also on bass with a full back-up band.

Tom’s 2 previous independent albums, The Journey (Feb 2014) and American Fantasy (Sept 2015), were tracked in his Trailer Park home in Beaverbank Nova Scotia, with Tom on all instruments and arrangements. American Fantasy was entirely self-produced including the engineering and mixing of the recording.

Tom also plays and co-writes in a band called The Dang Danglers, a cooperative project with fellow Sackvillian Matthew Pickup, as well as playing bass in Pickup’s own band, and Halifax indie-folk group Dark Lit Sky. He has also done session work with: Christine Campbell Band, Jonathan Roy, Sam Taylor, The Danger Bees, Scott Saccary, Laura Merrimen, and many more.

With Bluegrass roots to branches of Rock ‘n Roll, Americana and folk music, signer songwriter Cameron Nickerson incorporates a mixture of it all.

A life-long music career from bands like The Rockabillys, sharing the stage with The Stanfields and The Sheepdogs, this is Cameron’s first ride on the solo train. Already in and out of the studio working on a full length debut album with hand picked songs selected from the old broken days and new songs of his new changed ways, The first single off the album, Jeremiah has garnered radio airplay across Canada. The debut album Detours will be released January 26th 2018.
