The inimitable Zara Matrix hosts Heels In Hali, an April Fool’s drag show – featuring Crystal Queer, Eden Disorder, Mya Foxx, Hugh Manntrash and The Woods Hip Hop Company – at The Carleton on Friday, April 1st. Show time is 9 PM and tickets are $20 + HST.

Zara Matrix, acclaimed diva of Nova Scotia began her drag career 4 years ago during her first Halifax Pride experience as a main stage artist. Since then Zara has worked to perfect her talents, creating performance opportunities throughout Atlantic Canada in numerous drag shows and events. In 2021, Zara won silver in the Best of Halifax Awards for the drag performer category. Before drag, Zara’s passion for performing arts began in the world of competitive figure skating. Needless to say, performing has been in her blood from the start!
