Halifax-born, Toronto-based artist SHEAL (aka Sheilagh McNab) celebrates the release of her new EP – aptly called home-going for this occasion – at The Carleton on Sunday, November 22nd. Show time is 7 PM and tickets are $20 + HST.

SHEAL, the stage name of Sheilagh McNab, is a Toronto-based indie-pop singer-songwriter known for her evocative piano-driven compositions and emotive vocals. SHEAL has been interviewed on Sirius XM, and her music is in steady rotation on many CBC radio programs Canada-wide, including Afterdark and Fresh Air. SHEAL released her sophomore EP titled golden hours (2024) which was produced by Gavin Gardiner (Hannah Georgas, Andy Shauf, Jordan Klassen, July Talk) and James Robertson (Dwayne Gretskey). SHEAL is set to release her EP home-going early October 2026. Falling Asleep, the EP’s first single was released on July 8th.
