After months of preparation, our Chef Michael Dolente led his team of Sous-Chef Mathias Probst, chef de partie Jeremey Chater, and cooks Mattias Wilson and Sierra Warr to another Silver Medal win at Canada’s Great Kitchen Party last Friday, October 18.
