This just in from Devon Barclay and the band: Hello all! As I’m sure you’ve heard, there’s a nasty bug going around! We wanted to make sure that everyone stays healthy so we’ve decided to postpone the big show at The Carleton next week. We are working with the management at The Carleton to schedule a new set of dates; we will announce as soon as possible.
Your current tickets will be valid for the new date. Once we have announced the new dates, if you can’t make it, please follow the instructions on Eventbrite to get your refund.
Thanks for your patience and we really can’t wait to bring this show to you!
Where were you in the late seventies? If you were anywhere, you probably listened to a fair amount of SUPERTRAMP. Luckily for those of us that were there, a bunch of lads from Long & McQuade are adding a second show to celebration of the music of this iconic band at The Carleton on Friday, March 27th. Show time is 9 PM and the band is selling tickets HERE for only $15! Obviously the first show sold out immediately so you might want to grab some sooner, rather than later!
The band is: Devon Barclay – Piano/Vocals, Ashley Cates – Keyboards. Pat Healy – Guitars, Matt MacLennan – Bass. Liam Ring – Woodwinds, Tom Weeks – Drums
Supertramp dominated the airwaves in the 70’s with their sophisticated blend of insightful lyrics and pop-music sensibilities. Now, 40 years later, we’re serving up ‘Breakfast In Halifax’, a tribute to one of the greatest pop bands of all time! You’ll hear all the hits, a few fan favorites, and be transported back in time to relive Supertramp’s greatness!
