Josh Lake, Brody McGee and Andrew Seth Jamieson team up for a cool show at The Carleton on Thursday, March 3rd. Show time is 9 PM and it’s $5 to get in the door.

So, here’s where the frustration, Catch-22, of booking a live venue comes in… I’ve found it VERY difficult to get people to take a chance on an act they haven’t heard/seen, when I encourage them to – even though my track record for “picking them” is very, very good (July Talk? Steve Poltz? Chuck Prophet? Lindsay Ortega? Hillsburn? the list does go on).

However, I’m going to do it again with young Josh Lake. This kid is really, really good and he’s got a crackerjack band to boot. He’s well worth some of your time on a Thursday night, especially if you like to dance. And it’s chickenfeed to get in, only an investment of $5. All I can do is recommend and I’m recommending this. Give him a shot, you won’t be sorry!
