Finally! We get to see the city’s coolest, tightest, most soulful band – Roxy & The Underground Soul Sound – back at The Carleton! It’ll happen on Friday, November 20th. Show time is 8 PM and tickets for this properly socially distanced show are $20. Get ’em soon!

Roxy & The Underground Soul Sound are a 6 piece soul-funk band from Halifax, Nova Scotia. The group channels classic Soul and Funk in their infectious original material. An airtight rhythm section and searing horns lay the foundation, over which the five-foot firecracker lead vocalist Roxy Mercier soulfully drives home songs of social justice, love lost and love won.

The band’s latest album – Stand Up – reminds listeners to fight for what you believe in and that love really does conquer all.
