Americana/roots/blues/folk (in other words, something for everyone) trio Skatfish make their début at The Carleton on Saturday, September 6th. Live music will get underway at 8 PM and admission is only $10 at the door.
SCATFISH music is a classic Americana base, infused with folk, blues, world and jazz flavours. Featuring our original songs that range from roots to progressive acoustic, the band prides itself on the instrumental backdrop that supports creative and engaging songs. You’ll also hear a sampling of our versions of traditional folk and blues tunes and catch a few songs imported from Cuba and Africa. A SCATFISH concert settles on a rootsy, earthy feeling while capturing a spacious, open hearted and passionate ambience.
