If you love the music of Fleetwood Mac (and let’s face it, who doesn’t), it would be a wise move to get down to The Carleton to catch GYPSY (featuring our own Jon Cornwall on keys and vocals) on Saturday, March 7th. The singing and dancing along (we’re pretty sure that’ll happen) will commence at 8 PM and tickets are $40 + HST.

The music of Fleetwood Mac is recognized and loved by many, Young and Old(ish) alike. Songs such as Dreams, Go your Own Way, Rhiannon, Don’t Stop, The Chain, Edge of 17, bring memories flooding back. Experiencing the band GYPSY is truly a musically authentic event.

Vocals by Sharon Resky, Jon Cornwall (keyboards & guitar) and Sheila Lamplugh (keyboards) blend like Stevie Nicks, Lindsay Buckingham and the late great Christine McVie. Don Morash’s guitar playing makes you feel like Lindsay Buckingham is in the songs. Aran Hill plays a fretless bass that John McVie would be proud to listen to. Maurice Nadeau, drummer for GYPSY, lays down an excellent beat and even looks a bit like Mick Fleetwood.
