Given the current hysteria surrounding the reformation and “Live 2025” tour of one of British rock’s most iconic bands, we thought it particularly timely to book Sequin Stars, Atlantic Canada’s #1 Oasis Tribute act, for night of raucous celebration at The Carleton on Thursday, November 27th. If you couldn’t get tickets and afford a flight to Toronto recently (and let’s face it, who could?) here’s your chance at the next-best thing. Sequin Stars. Atlantic Canadas Premiere tribute to British rockers Oasis is a passion project created in 2023 by New Brunswick-based songwriter Dillon Ryan. A way to pay tribute to the band that inspired Ryan to become a songwriter many years ago. Sequin Stars bring a high energy, no nonsense Rock & Roll show that celebrates all of Oasis’ original tenure with a focus on the first 2 records Definitely Maybe and What’s The Story (Morning Glory?), two of the biggest and most influential albums in British rock history. The band will take the stage at The Carleton on Thursday, November 27th delivering a set heavily based on the official “Oasis Live 25” reunion setlist.
