Kim Barlow is celebrating the launch of her new album How To Let Go, with a VALLEY PARTY IN THE CITY! Featuring the Kim Barlow Band, and special guests Pat LePoidevin, Terra Spencer and Heather Kelday. The rich soil of the Annapolis Valley grows great music as well as great food and drink. Some of the East Coast’s best jazz, folk and pop musicians play on this record. Mark Adam on drums, keys and vocals, Nicholas D’Amato on bass, Joel Leblanc on electric guitar, Heather Kelday & Chris Luedecke on vocals, and Toronto guitarist Justin Haynes.

World-traveling, multi-award nominated Kim Barlow has relaunched her musical life in Nova Scotia after many years in the Yukon and a recent parenting hiatus. Creative and intelligent writer of songs, skillful on guitar and clawhammer banjo, Barlow has recorded six albums of her own work and many collaborations. Her newest recording features some of the East Coast’s best: Mark Adam on drums, Nicholas D’Amato on bass, special guests including Old Man Luedecke, and strong new songs about domestic minutiae, the larger picture, and a wild slant on some traditional Maritime tunes.
